As a working wife and mother, Ashley quickly learned that being the typical real estate agent would not work for her family’s growing needs. She decided to use a skill based approach and become the second set of hands, that most agents need! She has been licensed for over 5 years as a REALTOR in both North & South Carolina, and has successfully helped other agents close over 250 transactions. Ashley brings efficiency to each transaction and an innate emotional IQ to ensure customer satisfaction is at it’s peak. Ashley is easy to communicate with and ensure’s that agents, while still in control, are not overburdened with tasks. With the goals of getting all documents broker compliant, keeping customers updated, and agents paid faster – she doesnt miss a beat.

 

Ashley prides herself on her faith in God and being  a leader without the title. She is a mom to two little girls, Savannah and Summer, and wife to Randall Clark. Ashley’s “Big Why” revolves around helping her family and those of her friends and colleagues. Ashley’s goal is to give Real Estate Agents more time and freedom so they will be able to enjoy it with those who matter most to them.

Buyers: Contract to Close

This service includes but is not limited to: scheduling closing, scheduling inspection, ensuring title work is being processed, ensuring appraisal is timely, following up with lender, assisting buyers with completing information sheets, communicating with cross sale agent, obtaining all pertinent paperwork for broker compliance, uploading documents as needed, communicating with closing paralegal, assisting agent with management of timeline, preparing clients for walkthrough and closing, and providing excellent communication with clients.

Sellers: Contract to Close

This service includes but is not limited to: ensuring sellers have documentation for closing attorney, reiterating requirements prior to inspection, ensuring title work is being processed, ensuring appraisal is timely, following up with buyer's lender, assisting seller(s) with completing information sheets, communicating with cross sale agent, obtaining all pertinent paperwork for compliance, communicating with closing paralegal, assisting agent with management of timeline, preparing clients for home condition standards, key coordination, and providing excellent communication with clients.
